Sweet CatRangers, Elsa was found by a good Samaritan and she was sooooo sick, weak and starving .  The Samaritan called CatRangers and we got her into one of our best foster homes that could provide the TLC that she sooooo needed.  She has finally healed and is just a sweet love bug!!!  Now she's looking for her furrrrever family!!!
