Otis is such a sweet boy who longs for the human touch.  He can be shy at first but warms up very quickly and would make a great companion.  He loves to play, receive pets and is dreaming of his forever home. He has such striking features and beautiful eyes.  Otis has watched his friends find their families through adoption and hopes he is next.
