Lobo is such a sweet boy and just stunning. He was given up by his owner, as a bystander couldn't stand by any longer and see the neglect that Lobo was going thru. They encouraged to surrender Lobo so that he could get the love he sooooo deserved furrrrever. He likes to play and he truly loves humans!!! He just wants constant pets and will continually ask for more!!
