Mekong's siblings have been adopted and he is waiting on his turn.  He's living with a great foster who has other cats and dogs and he does well with all of them.  He needs to have another cat in the home as Mekong really likes to play.  His foster mom says he has tons of energy and plays hard and loves hard.  He likes to run, run, run and will meow when he wants attention.
