Penelope and her foster, brother Raindrop were owner surrendered, by no fault of their own at 8 (Penelope) and 6 (Raindrop) years old.  They've known each other for as long as they can remember.  

Raindrop likes to rub against your hand and gives face snuggles.  He will let you pick him up even though he is a big boy.  Very gentle sweet personality!!
