Arthur was rescued by Cat Rangers a few months ago. He had been dipped in motor oil and was in bad shape. After being with a wonderful Cat Ranger foster for a few months he is doing great.  He has a wonderful personality and is very loving.   He has one green eye and one blue eye.   After all he's been through, he loves people and is ready to find his new home.
